Extreme training!
Now most of you know me as a lazy bastard but believe or not I used to be a real fanatic when it came to training. I chuckled a little bit while watching this video earlier since it reminded me of my old martial arts training. I got the link from a good friend of mine Philip Lailani, check out blog where he talks about different daily things
